Sienna Glass Wins The Gift Fair UK Stand Design Award

Sienna Glass Wins The Gift Fair UK Stand Design Award

One of the best things about trade shows in the gift industry is seeing what everyone's been working on.

Even after 20+ years of attending shows, I'm still amazed by the sheer creativity on display. There's always something fresh, clever and completely unexpected—and that's what makes this industry so exciting.

At The Gift Fair UK, we're passionate about creating a community that lifts each other up. Our exhibitors are all incredibly talented, and we wanted to give them a fun challenge: use those creative skills not just in their products, but in their online exhibition stand design too.

That's how the Stand Design Award came to be.

What is The Gift Fair UK Stand Design Award?

The Gift Fair UK Stand Design Award celebrates exhibitors who go the extra mile to create engaging, informative and visually impressive online exhibition stands.

The winner receives a free stand at the next edition of The Gift Fair UK—a little thank-you for the creativity and effort that goes into making the show such an exciting place to discover new products and brands.

This year's award was particularly special.

Our online trade show format meant exhibitors had to get used to a brand-new way of building their stands. And like with any change, even positive change, it can feel a bit daunting at first.

But most of our exhibitors had their stands ready in just one working day—and the results were incredible.

Visitors kept telling us how slick and cool the show looked. And that's entirely down to our exhibitors.

They brought their A-game with videos, animations, beautiful imagery and creative layouts that made their brands shine.

Celebrating the Best Stand Designs at The Gift Fair UK 2025

There were some fantastic examples of creative online exhibition stand design throughout the show.

Cheeky Legends, Rex London, Ayala Bar and Feather Ink were among the standouts, each bringing their own personality and creativity to their digital stands.

But it was Sienna Glass who took home the top prize.

Why Sienna Glass Won the Stand Design Award

Hanna Walker, Director of Sienna Glass, put the entire stand together herself—months in advance! We were seriously impressed.

What really stood out was the storytelling.

Her first slide didn't just show how the products were made. It introduced the company, its story and the people behind it. It was thoughtful, warm and genuinely engaging.

But Hanna didn't stop at storytelling.

She balanced it beautifully with the practical side of things too, making sure buyers had all the information they needed to place orders directly from the stand.

And perhaps our favourite touch? She made it personal.

Photos of the whole team, their roles and direct contact details were all included. That human connection goes a long way, especially in an online trade show where building genuine business relationships matters just as much as showcasing great products.

What Makes a Great Online Exhibition Stand?

Sienna Glass's winning stand is a brilliant example of how exhibitors can combine creativity with practical information to make a lasting impression on buyers.

A great online exhibition stand does more than display products. It helps visitors understand the brand, discover what makes it different and take the next step towards doing business.

Sienna Glass achieved this by bringing together three important elements:

  • Engaging brand storytelling: Introducing the people, processes and personality behind the products.

  • Clear product and ordering information: Giving buyers what they need to make informed purchasing decisions.

  • A personal connection: Putting faces to names and making it easy for buyers to contact the right people.

It's a simple but effective approach, and one we'd encourage every exhibitor to take inspiration from.

Congratulations to Hanna and the Sienna Glass team on winning The Gift Fair UK 2025 Stand Design Award!

We're looking forward to seeing what our exhibitors create next.
