END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Acquamelon Ltd trading as Xpofairs (“Xpofairs”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), located at Rotunda Point, 11 Hartfield Crescent, London SW19 3RL, United Kingdom.

By accessing or using the Xpofairs website, virtual event platforms, or related services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
 

1. License Grant
  Xpofairs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business use in accordance with this Agreement and applicable laws.

This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the Services.
 

2. Restrictions
  You agree that you will not:

* Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without prior written permission.
* Modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Services.
* Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, servers, or data.
* Introduce viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
* Use the Services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
* Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Services.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your access.
 

3. User Accounts and Content
  If you create an account or submit content:

* You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
* You are responsible for all activities under your account.
* You confirm that any content you submit is lawful and that you have the rights to provide it.

By submitting content, you grant Xpofairs a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content for business purposes.

Xpofairs reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any content at its sole discretion.
 

4. Intellectual Property
  All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, content, trademarks, logos, databases, and design, remain the exclusive property of Xpofairs or its licensors.

Except for the limited license granted in this Agreement, no rights are transferred to you.
 

5. Service Availability
  The Services are provided on an “as available” basis.
  Xpofairs may:

* Modify or discontinue any feature at any time.
* Restrict or suspend access without notice.
* Monitor usage to ensure compliance and security.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
 

6. Third-Party Services
  The Services may contain links or integrations with third-party services. Xpofairs is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of such third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
 

7. Privacy and Data
  Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed in accordance with that policy.
 

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
  The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

* Fitness for a particular purpose
* Merchantability
* Non-infringement
* Accuracy or reliability of content
 

9. Limitation of Liability
  To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xpofairs and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill, arising from:

* Use or inability to use the Services
* Unauthorized access to your data
* Any third-party content or services
 

10. Termination
   Xpofairs may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:

* You violate this Agreement
* Your use poses a security or legal risk
* Required by law

Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends immediately.
 

11. Changes to This Agreement
   We may update this Agreement from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the website and will become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
 

12. Governing Law
   This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
